Casino Surveillance SupervisorResponsibilities:Develops and maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal and external guest service by all members.Monitors table games and electronic gaming device activities.Monitors cashiers cage and count room activities.Monitors all non-gaming proceduresKnowledge of the overall casino operations.Responsible to report any irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor and/or Director of Surveillance.Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion program as described in Section G of Bally's Quad Cities Casino and Hotel internal controls.Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.Knowledge of all promotions and events.All other duties as assigned.Environmental Working Conditions:The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.Target Salary:Target Salary Range $16.50Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
