Ink Connect is looking for an enthusiastic Communications Assistant to join our Oklahoma team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and representing brands through professional, face-to-face interactions. No previous experience is required, and paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day customer and client communications.
* Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally.
* Support in-person brand representation and customer engagement activities.
* Assist team members with communicating daily priorities and updates.
* Maintain accurate information about products, services, and current promotions.
* Respond professionally to customer questions and requests.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and professional communication.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident and professional when interacting with customers.
* Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States.
